Equality and Diversity Policy
We promote a working environment in which diversity is recognised, valued and encouraged. We acknowledge the multi-cultural and diverse nature of the UK workforce and society in general. We are committed to principles of fairness and mutual respect where everyone accepts the concept of individual responsibility.
Conflict of Interest Policy
The purpose of this Conflict-of-Interest Policy is to establish and uphold a culture of integrity, ensuring that all decisions and actions are made in the best interest of our stakeholders. This policy provides clear guidelines and procedures to identify, disclose, and effectively manage conflicts of interest that may arise.
Appeals Policy and Process
The purpose of an appeals procedure is to ensure that every learner who is not satisfied with the outcome of an assessment decision has the right to appeal. The appeals procedure applies to any learner following completion of an OWNIT Academy qualification and provides learners with a formal route to appeal against a decision.
